Working as a health, fitness and nutrition specialist in Central London, I work with a range of clients to deliver integrated wellness programs through exercise, nutrition and behavioural change.

As a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) with the highest accreditation in Personal Training and Clinical Exercise, I provide the safest, most fun and holistic program tailored to you. My results are based on long-term lifestyle changes, integrating a balance between proper nutrition and exercise.
