About Me

I’m Pia, of Indian origin brought up in Italy and Switzerland, now living in London’s West End. As a Registered Nutritionist with the highest accreditation in personal training, I believe in the most holistic approach to better health. That means finding a realistic exercise and nutrition plan that you enjoy, that you can stick to and that you can turn into a permanent lifestyle.

Being healthy is not about rules and restrictions.

There are many available options in crafting a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to help you discover these choices, and empower you to identify a path to better health that you love.

Ready Steady Squat promotes a balanced, honest and body-positive approach to nutrition and exercise. Through my exercise and fitness coaching, coupled with realistic nutrition advice and tailored recipes, I will show you the fun in healthy living.
